The Process
Step 1: Pre-Inspection
In this step, our Newport Beach Rug Cleaners, will discuss the inherent qualities that may affect your rug cleaning. Step 2: Dry Soil Removal

Step 3: Pre-Condition & Color Fastening
We always ensure the colors in your area rug are stable, by using a special chemical stabilizer, that prevents color loss or transfer. Depending on fiber content and the type of soiling, the rug will be pre-treated to emulsify the soils.
Step 4: Pre-Spot & Fringe Preparation
Any potential spots that may be difficult to clean, will be pre-treated with our own special solutions to increase the chances of removing the stains. At this time the fringe is pre-treated for maximum soil removal as well.
Step 5: Cleaning
Our Newport Beach, CA rug cleaning experts will evaluate your rug to choose the best cleaning procedure for maximum soil release and stain removal.
Step 6: Rinse or Wash
Depending on the type of rug, each rug will be rinsed with clean water on both sides, and then the water will be extracted in our specially-designed wash pit. Following the wash, the rug is placed in our state-of-the-art centrifuge, which extracts up to 95% of the remaining liquid.
Step 7: Temperature Controlled Drying Room
Once the soil is rinsed away, and the water has been extracted, the rug is dried flat or hung to dry in our temperature and humidity-controlled drying room. Proper drying is essential, and the drying method is dependent on the type of rug and its construction.
Step 8: Finishing
When the area rug is dry, we gently comb it, and set the pile in the right direction.
Step 9: Post Inspection & Delivery
Our Newport Beach Rug Cleaners will give the area rug a final inspection and release it for pick up or delivery.
